HILLARY RUBESIN

PHD, LCMHCS, LIMHP, REAT
Hillary is a licensed mental health counselor and a registered expressive arts therapist. She received both her PhD and her MA in Expressive Therapies and Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, and currently holds therapy licenses in the states of Nebraska and North Carolina. Since 2008, Hillary has worked with various populations; however, much of her clinical work has focused on refugee and immigrant mental health.
Beyond her arts-based clinical work, Hillary provides outside supervision to new clinicians, teaches in the Expressive Therapies graduate division at Lesley University, and is a member of Voces Arts & Healing, a volunteer-led organization that brings arts-based programming to migrants and mental health professionals along the Mexico-US Border.
Hillary is a Board Member with FAS, advising and supervising FAS volunteers.
