MARY JEPPSEN
Co-Director of Supervision
I have a Ph.D. in counseling and supervision, and an MA in marriage and family counseling. Additionally, I have specialty training in Distance Counseling Credentialing, I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and have training in Emotion-Focused Therapy and EMDR. I mostly work with individuals, families, and couples. I am a play therapist at heart and utilize art and play interventions. Since COVID, I have been doing only telehealth. I am married for 47 years and have raised 11 children. My husband is also a therapist. Presently we are establishing a new practice in the Mobile, Alabama area, after having practiced for 15 years in Northwest Arkansas. I got my Master's and Ph.D. later in life. Our youngest daughter has Down Syndrome, so we are sensitive to issues regarding special needs individuals. I have also taught multi-cultural counseling at the graduate level.
