In these challenging times, we at First Aid of the Soul (FAS) extend our heartfelt support by offering a space for learning, sharing, and growth. We warmly invite our colleagues and volunteers from Ukraine to participate in our workshops and training sessions designed to provide solace and encouragement amid adversity.
Join Us for Our Workshop: Vision Board – Values & Presence in 2026
As we step into 2026, we invite you to pause, reflect, and come together in a spirit of connection and intention. Join us on Saturday, January 17th, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM EST, for a gentle and inspiring workshop centered on being present with where we are now and honoring the values that will guide us in the year ahead.
In a supportive and creative space, we’ll explore what matters most to us and create vision boards that reflect our hopes and resilience in the face of 2026. This is an invitation to begin the year grounded, connected, and aligned with what truly sustains us—together.
What to Bring:
Paper, pencils, or markers
Any images or magazines that inspire you
Any art materials you have accessible (we will also have alternative modes of engagement)
Our Facilitator:
Carrie Traher has worked as a psychotherapist for 25 years and has been a university educator in the fields of psychology and thanatology since 2007. Her focus as a therapist, researcher, and educator has been on the effects of grief, loss, and traumatic experiences. She has a specific interest in creative responses to loss and also in how creative expression in daily life can support health and wellness.
