MARI LOUHI-NORPPA

I am a certified coach and licensed solution-focused psychotherapist (family therapist, emotionally focused couples’ therapist) and a systemic thinker. I have also M.Sc. in biochemistry of health and teacher qualification. I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals, teams, and leaders, but also with at-risk children and teens and their families. And over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. One of my specialities is experiential social emotional learning, EASEL. My coaching / supervision clients come from the corporate world, child protection services and hospitals, education, local governments etc. I also serve expatriates around Europe or working in the European Commission. I also volunteer in counseling teachers and therapists in Ukraine. Moreover, I support the Supervision: Clinical Discussions group for Ukrainian mental health professionasl with First Aid of the Soul weekly.
