Christina is an expressive arts therapist, licensed mental health counselor, and clinical instructor in Boston, MA. She received her master’s degree from Lesley University, where she currently teaches as an adjunct instructor. She has advanced training in EMDR, internal family systems (IFS), neurofeedback, Phoenix Rising yoga therapy, and various somatic techniques. She specializes in PTSD and complex trauma, and working with young adults in the LGBTQ+ community.

Christina lived in Lviv, Ukraine, from 2015-2017, where she served as a Peace Corps Response volunteer. She helped create an arts therapy studio program for youth with and without disabilities. She also taught seminars related to trauma and clinical psychology at the Ukrainian Catholic University. Furthermore, she trained and offered consultation to Ukrainian psychologists working with veterans and internally displaced people.

In addition to her work in Ukraine, Christina has been deployed with the Red Cross to provide mental health support after natural disasters. She is part of the Boston-area Trauma Response Network, a community of providers that provide pro bono EMDR group and individual services. Since 2020, she has served as an executive co-chair of IEATA, the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association.
